Call for paper for a special issue on "Expertise, Risk and Decision"

The Editorial Board of the Environment, Systems and Decisions, published by Springer, announces a special. Call for Papers addressing particular challenges at the intersection of expertise, risk, and decision. The applications of this special issue are expected to span safety, security, environment, and other topics. (see attached the call for paper).

Call for proposal:

The Hawaii Department of Agriculture, Animal Industry Division is requesting proposals for performing a Risk Analysis (RA) to evaluate the likelihood of classical rabies virus entry into Hawaii. The RA shall only consider the movement of dogs and cats into Hawaii. Risk estimation shall be determined for the current entry requirements and for five (5) additional import scenarios.  Risk estimation is by quantitative risk assessment.
