SRA Workshop on Risk Analysis of Aerospace Systems II: Mission Success Starts with Safety

A two-day workshop on "Risk Analysis of Aerospace Systems II: Mission Success Starts with Safety" was held on October 28-29, 2002 in Arlington, VA. This two-day workshop on aerospace applications of risk analysis, risk management, and risk communications focused on case studies for discussion. The aim of the workshop was to relate lessons from aerospace risk analysis to the broader audience of the Society, including risk assessors, risk managers, and risk communicators. (The first SRA aerospace systems workshop was held in November 2000.)
